The popular Detroit-based series follows home renovation experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas on their journey to restore the city’s iconic American neighborhoods one house at a time. Bargain Block will feature Gardner White sofas throughout its fourth season, premiering on HGTV in fall 2024.

With sound advice and support from their friend—lifetime Detroit resident and real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield—the duo creates affordable, stylish, and fully furnished homes ideal for first-time homebuyers.
